Admixtures for plastering and spray applications.
KAPPA with its long term R&D and experience from its machines applications in many and different site conditions and materials developed the SPRAY PLAST series of admixtures for cement and gypsum based materials for spray and machine applications.
The development of these admixtures is made in cooperation with our numerous clients and their feedbacks and this gives a great advantage to KAPPA admixtures making them very special for machine and manual applications.
SPRAY PLAST admixtures are very concentrated and a small quantity is enough to achieve maximum effect on the properties of the plasters and mortars and thus are very economic and cost efficient admixtures.
SPRAY PLAST admixtures can transform the low cost traditional materials to pumpable and sprayable materials with enhanced properties similar to the high cost dry premixed materials.
Important advantages of the SPRAY PLAST admixtures.
-
They are developed by the manufacturer of the plastering machines especially for machine applications.
-
Constant R&D at the construction sites with our clients.
-
They are consentrated and provide great cost saving. Only few grams are enough for excellent results.
-
The traditional materials in site mix obtain premium properties similar to dry ready mixed materials with
a minimum cost.
-
They are organic admixtures and not harmful for the users and for the enviroment. (Read carefuly the msds of each admixture before use for safety).
SPRAY PLAST CLASSIC is the most popular admixture of the series for cement based plasters and mortars.
It provides excellent workability and spreadability, increased water retantion, water reduction, minimized segregation during the pumping and gives premium properties on the surfaces.
SPRAY PLAST CLASSIC like all SPRAY PLAST admixtures for site mix can be mixed with cement and sand in machines like PS 3000 and PS 180 for the production and spray application of plasters with premium properties similar to dry ready mixed materials with much less cost!
SPRAY PLAST CLASSIC F has the same composition with the SPRAY PLAST CLASSIC withe addition of PP fibers for even higher minimizing or elimination of the cracks.
SPRAY PLAST PREMIUM has enhanced formulation for more demanding applications with cement based plasters and mortars and provides extra workability, water retantion, minimized segregation and cracks and other premium properties on the surfaces.
SPRAY PLAST S is an admixture for extra strength of the final surfaces after the drying period when an extra strength is required.
Its formulation is based on the SPRAY PLAST CLASSIC providing the same properties on the plasters and the mortars with addition of acrylic binders for extra compressive and flexural strength.
SPRAY PLAST VOLUME is an anti-shrinkage agent that equalizing the loss of the volume of the cement based materials during the drying process preventing the creation of cracks.
A significant reduction of cracks is observed even 6 or 12 months after the application of the materials.
SPRAY PLAST PREMIUM F has the same premium formulation as SPRAY PLAST PREMIUM with the addition of PP fibers for extra resistance to the cracks.
SPRAY PLAST D contains water proofing and water reppellent ingredients for applications that require increased protection against the water and the atmosphere humidity.
SPRAY PLAST D as all SPRAY PLAST admixtures except the increased water proofing action provides increased workability and spreadability, water reduction and retention, minimized segregation during the pumping and other premium properties in the mixtures.
Fysalis M is an advanced formulation air entrainer for cement plasters, mortars and other materials when an extra volume of air bubbles is required. Its advanced formulation provides foam that is stabilized and last longer during the pumping and the idle period after the application.
Foam concrete.
Lime substitute
Fysalis is a foam agent for the production of high grade foam concrete in different densities.
It can be used with all types of foam generators and it provides stabilized foam that last longer during the idle period after the application..
Fysalis is ideal for the production and pumping of foam concrete in machines like PS 3000 and PS 180 in combination with the KAPPA foam generator FM 600 and the static mixer SM 600.
The production and the pumping of foam concrete with this system of machines almost eliminating the breakage and the shrinkage of the foam concrete cells increasing by that the productivity and the coverage per batch and savings costs from the labor and the quantity of the cement that consumed.

SPRAY PLAST NOLIME is an admixture that can be used in formulations of different materials replacing the lime.
SPRAY PLAST NOLIME provides to the mixtures the properties of the natural lime optimized and is ideal for manual and machine applications.
Plaster admixtures overview.
KAPPA does a lot of research and development for its machines applications in many different site conditions and materials where they developed the spray plast series of admixtures for cement and gypsum based materials for spray and machine applications.
These admixtures are made according to our clients depending on their feedback which is leveraged for better machine or manual applications.
The spray plast admixtures are really concentrated where only a small quantity is needed to achieve a great effect on the plasters and mortars. This makes it even more efficient and pocket-friendly for our customers.
The spray plast admixtures are the best in the market because you'd rarely find customer-oriented companies like ours asking for feedback from their venerated customers. We are also keen on ensuring our admixtures are not environmentally harmful.
We have a wide variety of admixtures for site mixing with cement-based materials. They include;
-
Spray Plast Classic - this is the most popular admixture as it provides excellent practicality and spreadability. It encompasses high water retention, increased water reduction, minimized segregation during pumping and gives premium properties on the surface.
-
Spray Plast Classic F - it has the same properties as the Spray Plast classic with the addition of PP fibers for higher minimizing or elimination of cracks.
-
Spray Plast Premium - it has improved formulation for more demanding applications with cement-based plasters and mortars and provides extra workability, water retention, minimized segregation and cracks and other premium properties on the surfaces.
-
Spray Plast Premium F - it's the same as the premium with just some addition of PP fibers for extra resistance to the cracks.
-
Spray Plast S - this is an admixture that adds more strength of the final surfaces after the drying period when extra strength is needed.
-
Spray Plast D - it has waterproofing and repellent properties for applications that need increased protection against the water and humidity.
-
Spray Plast Volume - this is an ant-shrinkable agent that cancels out the loss of the volume of the cement-based materials during the drying process preventing the creation of cracks. Cracks are noticed 6 or 12 months after application of materials.
-
Fysalis M - this is an advanced formulation to retain air for cement plasters, mortars and other materials when an extra volume of air bubbles is needed.
-
Spray Plast No Lime - this admixture is used in formulations of different materials replacing the lime
