With 2 petrol engines by KOHLER for independency from the electric power supply!

Anchor 1

With a total power of 20.5 hp the new PS 180 GM  plaster pump is a true "Killer of Giants"!

The new PS 180 GM is equipped with two petrol engines, one of 14 hp for the pump and one of 6.5 hp for the batching mixer. Both engines are with an electric start and with EPA certification.

This "explosive" pack provides performance similar to quite bigger and costly machines.

It is a wall plaster machine suitable for a broad range of applications:

  • Plastering with site mixed plasters.

  • Plastering with dry ready-mixed plasters.

  • Plastering with traditional materials and lime-cement plasters.

  • It is ideal for spraying cement mortars on 3D panels.

  • Plastering and pumping perlite, EPS beads and other lightweight materials.

  • Pumping foam concrete.

  • Spraying thermal insulating materials

  • Pumping self-leveling flooring materials.

  • Pumping of screeds and cement mixes.

  • Spraying and pumping fiber cementitious materials.

  • Spraying reinforcing cement based materials.

  • Injecting cement grouts.

The KAPPA PS 180 GM is challenging the competition in efficiency and costs!

Can you compare it with another machine in this category?

The PS 180 GM plaster machine is a cost saver in many ways.

  • It is simple, fully mechanical without hydraulic parts and complex electronics providing increased reliability and easy and low cost maintenance.

  • Its performance is similar to bigger screw pumps and it costs much less.

  • The standard size 7 screw pump costs less than 2L6 screw pumps and lasts longer.

  • Thanks to its compact dimensions it can be transferred and stored easily indoors and be protected from the rain and the weather conditions.

MATERIAL SCREEN

AND MIXER DISCHARGING SYSTEM

The vibrating screen that is placed under the mixer of the PS 180 GM filters the material from big particles that can block the spray gun nozzle.

The material is discharged fast from the wide opening of the mixer.

CONTROL PANEL

The PS 180 GM is very versatile machine and its control panel make its operation very easy.

The pumping function is two-way controlled, by the machine applicator from the contol panel switch and remote controlled by the spraying applicator from the spray gun switch.

The two openings in the frame of the machine provide access to the electric start key switch and the air chuck switch.

COMPACT DESIGN AND UNIQUE TECHNOLOGY

The PS 180 GM is powered by a 14hp green technology petrol engine with electric start and EPA certification.

For the spraying application the PS 180 GM is equipped with a twin cylinder air compressor made by Ingersoll Rand with a capacity of 740 l/min.

The machine hood can be removed very easily providing easy and convenient maintenance of the mechanical parts of the machine.

A safety switch turns off the engine when the machine hood is removed.

BATCHING MIXER WITH A SAFETY SYSTEM

The 150 liters integrated batching mixer of the PS 180 GM is very efficient with the site mixed and the premixed materials in bags offering premium and fast mixing.

A safety system switches off the mixer engine when the mixer protection lid is lifted.

The batching mixer is not welded on the frame and it can be removed with the engine as one package whenever is required

When the mixer is removed it can be used separately as a general purpose batching mixer.
